1. Project Introduction

With the increasingly in-depth and extensive application of information technology in management, the design and implementation of online house rental and electronic contract signing systems have become technically mature. This article introduces the entire development process of the design and implementation of an online house rental and electronic signing system. By analyzing the needs of enterprises for the design and implementation of online house leasing and electronic signing systems, a computer-managed design and implementation plan for online house leasing and electronic signing systems was created. The article introduces the system analysis part of the design and implementation of the online house rental and electronic contracting system, including feasibility analysis, etc. The system design part mainly introduces the system function design and database design. The design and implementation of this online house leasing and electronic signing system has three roles: administrator, broker and tenant. Administrator functions include personal center, tenant management, broker management, property information management, property type management, house type management, contract document management, transaction order management, rent return order management, business situation management, cancellation order management, and leaving messages. Board management, system management, etc. Tenant functions include personal center, contract document management, transaction order management, rental return order management, cancellation order management, my collection management, etc. Broker functions include personal center, property information management, property type management, house type management, contract document management, transaction order management, rent return order management, business situation management, cancellation order management, etc. Therefore it has certain practicality.

This site is a B/S mode system, using Java’s SSM framework as development technology and MYSQL database design and development to fully ensure the stability of the system. The system has the characteristics of clear interface, simple operation and complete functions, making the design and implementation management of online house leasing and electronic signing systems systematic and standardized.

2. System functions

This system is a website system based on B/S architecture. The designed administrator function structure diagram is as shown below:

3. Screenshots of system projects

Implementation of the administrator module

Tenant Management Management

The system administrator who designs and implements the online house leasing and electronic signing system can manage tenant management information, and can add, modify, and delete operations to the tenant management information.

House Type Management

System administrators can add, modify, and delete property type information.

Implementation of the broker module

Broker registration

Brokers can register an account and log in.

Contract document management

After the broker logs in, he can add, modify, and delete contract documents.

Implementation of tenant module

Transaction order payment

After the tenant logs in, the order can be paid in the background transaction order.

My Collection Management

After logging in, tenants can delete their own collected information in My Collection Management and view their own collected information.
